Financial KPI’s: Achieve turnover, gross profit budgets and stock budgets

Forecasting: Accurately and continuously budgeting and re\-forecasting in order to achieve sales plan and maximize profitability

Stock management: effective management of end of life or seasonal stock

Assortment management: together with your buyer manage the assortment depth and variety.

Store grading: Effectively grade stores to ensure adequate depth of assortment and that sufficient volumes of stock are sent.

Presentations: Deliver and implement post seasonal analysis, strategic planning, range \& assortment planning

Collaboration: building effective relationships with operations, shipping, marketing and wholesale divisions

Influence: Use KPI’s to drive buying and marketing decisions

**Experience \& Qualifications**

* Minimum 2 years working experience as a product Planner. A portfolio dealing with sizes would be advantageous
* Matric. A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial.
* Microsoft Office proficiency with advanced excel experience is essential
* Working knowledge and experience with Merchandise planning and reporting systems is required
* Experience in size curve planning and allocating

A premium interiors group is introducing a new position within its Client Experience team.

The role is designed for someone who understands that the first interaction with a client sets the tone for everything that follows.

This is not a receptionist position.

It is also not a sales role.

The Concierge Coordinator will manage and nurture incoming enquiries, understand each client’s project requirements and timelines, maintain accurate CRM records, coordinate appointments and ensure every prospective client feels acknowledged, informed and properly looked after.

The successful candidate will support the Client Experience Manager and play an important role across the early stages of the client journey.

Key responsibilities

* Respond to incoming enquiries from exhibitions, websites, referrals and marketing campaigns
* Follow up professionally with prospective clients
* Understand project requirements, timelines and next steps
* Maintain accurate and complete CRM records
* Coordinate appointments and showroom visits
* Support ongoing lead\-nurture activity
* Welcome clients into a premium showroom environment
* Conduct basic showroom walkthroughs when required
* Ensure clean handovers to the relevant internal teams
* Assist the Client Experience Manager with broader client\-service initiatives
* Protect the quality and consistency of every client interaction
