In addition to the base salary, the successful candidate will be eligible for a commission incentive based on new business generated and converted into signed client engagements. Full commission details will be discussed during the interview process.

**Role Overview:**  
We are looking for driven, self\-motivated Insurance Agents to join our expanding team in Gauteng, Mpumalanga and Frees State. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, target\-driven, and passionate about helping people protect what matters most.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Identify and engage potential clients
* Provide expert advice on insurance products (life, funeral, savings, etc.)
* Conduct financial needs analysis and recommend suitable solutions
* Build and maintain long\-term client relationships
* Achieve and exceed sales targets
* Ensure compliance with FAIS and regulatory requirements

**Minimum Requirements:**

* Matric (Grade 12\) – essential
* RE5 (advantageous or willingness to obtain)
