**Purpose:**

The Front of House Manager is responsible for the overall management and performance of Ernie Els Wines (Restaurant or Tasting Room), ensuring exceptional guest experience, efficient operations, and achievement of revenue targets. * Identify and implement improvements to service flow and efficiency

5\. Administrative \& Financial Control:

**Qualifications \& Experience:**

* 4 – 8 years’ experience in hospitality, with supervisory or management responsibility

* Managing the NCP app daily and verifying that stores log claims in the correct category such as damaged stock, short deliveries, and undersized pieces each follow a different process
* Checking that batch numbers on claims match the physical label on the stock, not the invoice number; this single error is one of the most common reasons supplier claims get rejected
* Monitoring weight compliance for products like Mini Fillets and Chicken Fingers, where photographic proof is required as part of the claim
