Reporting to the Nursing Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering high\-quality nursing care, optimising patients’ clinical status, and enabling meaningful participation in rehabilitation programmes. You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, patients, and families to achieve exceptional rehabilitation outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Execute and coordinate nursing care plans, allocate and delegate nursing activities, and monitor patients’ clinical status to ensure safe, effective care.
* Manage medication administration, emergency equipment, emergency responses, wound and continence care, and support safe patient discharge processes.
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families, contribute to clinical decision\-making, and maintain accurate clinical reporting.

**Requirements**

* Registered with the South African Nursing Council as a Professional Nurse, with proven experience managing medically complex patients in a high\-demand clinical environment.
* Strong clinical assessment, nursing leadership, delegation, communication, and rehabilitation\-focused care planning skills, with the ability to influence interdisciplinary decision\-making.
* Passionate about rehabilitation and patient wellbeing, committed to professional ethics, teamwork, continuous learning, adaptability, accountability, and calm decision\-making under pressure.
