Duties:

*Inter Alia for Rhael Industries and associated companies:*

*Debtor and Creditors Clerk position for Rhael Industries and Sister Company, Numi Consulting.* 

\- Processing of delivery notes, invoices and matching the PODs on IQ Retail;

\- Calculate weights on the delivery notes for load planning;

\- Capture payments and generate debtors and creditors age analysis and submit to CGIC;

\- Generate monthly customer statements;

\- Follow\-up with non\-paying customers

\- Keep track of outstanding and short delivered orders;

\- Reconcile local and international supplier statements, requesting copy invoices and resolving any issues. Including raising debit notes where necessary;
