Warehouse Operations Supervisor | Candidates must be JHB based and wanting to move to Durban Are you an experienced warehouse professional with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams?

Are you a proactive Warehouse Operations Supervisor wanting to relocate back to Durban to drive productivity, maintain stock integrity, and ensure the smooth running of daily warehouse operations.

What You'll Do

Lead and develop the warehouse team to achieve operational targets.
Oversee receiving, warehousing, stock control and dispatch.
Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and FIFO practices.
Coordinate staff, workloads and transport requirements.
Maintain compliance with OHS standards and company procedures.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and warehouse performance.

What You'll Bring

Diploma or Degree in Warehouse or Supply Chain Management.
5+ years' warehouse experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory/coordinating role.
Experience working with ERP/WMS systems.
Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
Valid South African driver's licence and own transport.
Relocation back to Durban
