Job description
Ladles of Love is seeking a dedicated Warehouse & Office Manager to oversee our Midrand facility. This full‑time role (35 hours/week) is central to ensuring smooth warehouse operations, accurate donation recording, and efficient dispatch to our community partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily warehouse and office operations
- Supervising staff and volunteers
- Coordinating dispatch schedules and stock control
- Recording and acknowledging donations
- Ensuring health, safety, and compliance standards
- Liaising with donors, partners, and Head Office
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12); diploma in logistics/administration advantageous
- 3+ years’ warehouse/logistics/office management experience
- Staff supervision background essential
- Strong organisational, communication, and computer skills
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport
