Job description
Role Purpose
The Visual Content Creator is responsible for planning, shooting, writing, packaging and supporting content across campaigns, social media, thought leadership, PR, internal communication, digital platforms and client-facing marketing activity.
This role supports the ASI Marketing Operating System by ensuring that content is clear, commercially relevant, brand-aligned and suitable for the intended audience and channel. The role combines strong writing ability, campaign thinking, social media understanding and photography skills to help ASI build a consistent and professional content engine.
The role requires a sharp content creator who can simplify technical or business information into compelling visual content that supports brand growth, demand generation, executive positioning, internal culture and sales enablement.
Key Strategic Accountabilities
Photography & Visual Content Support
- Capture and edit photography content for internal events, staff moments, behind-the-scenes content, campaign activity and social media use.
- Support event content capture alongside the Video & Motion Content Specialist.
- Produce usable photo assets for social posts, newsletters, internal updates, event recaps and campaign storytelling.
- Ensure photographs are organised, selected, edited where required and stored correctly
Campaign Content & Messaging
- Create and develop campaign visuals, aligned to messaging, captions, scripts, email copy, WhatsApp content, landing page copy and campaign support material.
- Translate business objectives into clear visual campaign narratives and content themes.
- Support campaign plans, content plans and channel-specific messaging.
- Ensure all campaign content is aligned to commercial priorities, brand standards and audience needs.
Social Media & Content Planning
- Support the monthly social media content calendar across approved ASI platforms.
- Write captions, post copy, short-form scripts and platform-specific content.
- Support LinkedIn content, brand ambassador content packs and executive social media positioning.
- Work with Social Media, Design, PR and Digital teams to ensure content moves from idea to execution.
Thought Leadership, PR & Written Content
- Draft blogs, leadership posts, newsletters, PR support content and internal communication drafts.
- Support the thought leadership pipeline by turning ideas from EXCO, Sales, specialists and business units into usable content.
- Assist with vertical and BU and content.
- Ensure all written content is accurate, professional, credible and aligned to ASI’s House View.
Sales Enablement & Client-Facing Content
- Support Sales with content for brochures, one-pagers, client communication, proposal support and campaign follow-up material.
- Help translate technical product or service information visually into accessible and client-friendly content.
- Support cross-sell, up-sell activities between sales and operation and across verticals and BUs
Brand, Workflow & Quality Discipline
- Ensure all content follows ASI tone, brand hierarchy, messaging standards and approval processes.
- Work through approved briefs, CRM-based workflow tracking and agreed timelines.
- Maintain high standards of quality, structure, accuracy and professionalism.
- Use digital tools responsibly to improve speed, ideation, editing and consistency without compromising quality or originality.

Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant qualification in Marketing, Media, Photography, Visual Art/ Design, Communications, Copywriting, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in photography, design, content creation, copywriting, campaign content, social media or communications.
- Strong content portfolio demonstrating photography, design, campaign copy, social content, captions or thought leadership support.
- Experience in financial services, insurance, healthcare, professional services, agency or B2B environments advantageous.
- Experience with LinkedIn, newsletters, campaign content, PR support and digital tool-assisted content creation advantageous.
