Job description

DC Fitness is an online fitness and nutrition coaching company for women hiring a full time Client Retention Manager to help oversee client retention operations, billing follow up, at risk client tracking, and internal client communication audits.

This is NOT a sales role and NOT a basic VA role. We are looking for someone extremely organized, detail oriented, emotionally intelligent, and operationally strong.

You’ll be working directly with leadership and coaches helping identify client issues before they become cancellations.

Main responsibilities:

  • Monitoring client progress data daily
  • Updating retention trackers and client status
  • Tracking client weight loss progress and engagement
  • Reviewing Trainerize communication between coaches and clients
  • Identifying red flags, poor coach/client fit, emotionally checked out clients, and communication issues
  • Escalating higher level retention issues to leadership
  • Managing declined payments and billing follow ups
  • Making sure coaches properly follow retention SOPs/processes
  • Monitoring last login/activity inside Trainerize
  • Updating internal spreadsheets and operational systems daily
  • Assisting with retention reporting and client audits

Requirements:

  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Comfortable working inside spreadsheets and tracking systems daily
  • Strong communication and emotional intelligence
  • Able to identify patterns/problems quickly
  • Comfortable handling repetitive operational tasks
  • Ability to work independently without constant supervision
  • Fast learner with high accountability
  • Experience with customer service, retention, operations, or client success preferred
  • Trainerize experience is a plus but not required

Position details:

  • Full time
  • Remote
  • Monday-Friday
  • $800 USD/month
  • Monthly and quarterly bonuses (you can double your monthly salary)
