Job description
Based in beautiful Plettenberg Bay, Robberg Veterinary Clinic is a modern, fully equipped practice with a strong focus on small animal medicine, surgery, diagnostics and compassionate patient care. The practice has built a reputation for getting to know its clients and their pets and providing professional, personal care in a warm and friendly environment. Robberg Veterinary clinic is looking for a receptionist to join their team in providing this service.
The receptionist is the first contact a pet owner has with a practice and is therefore a critical role in determining the client experience and reputation of the practice in their local community.
Responsibilities:
· Provide excellent customer service.
· Manage the customer experience at the appointment and on the telephone.
· Coordinate reception operations: Complete front office reception processes accurately, Maintain back office admin processes accurately, Oversee reception and shop area
Requirements and skills:
: Grade 12
: 2-3 years’ experience in a client facing role. Previous experience in a veterinary practice is an advantage.
: Bilingual (English & Afrikaans), Computer Literate, Product Knowledge, Switchboard
