Valley Farm Animal Hospital, a leading 24-hour referral hospital in Pretoria East, is looking for a Hospital Manager / Head Veterinary Nurse to lead our Veterinary Nurses, Animal Health Technicians, and kennel assistants while maintaining the highest standards of nursing care.

What you'll do:

- Lead and mentor our clinical nursing team

- Oversee ward, ICU, and hospital nursing standards

- Maintain clinical protocols and patient care excellence

- Coordinate clinical workflows and shift handovers

- Advocate for the best possible care for every patient

Requirements:

• Qualified Veterinary Nurse (SAVC registered)

• 3–5+ years of senior nursing or leadership experience

• Fluent in English and Afrikaans

• Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
