Job description

Introduction

We are looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and customer-focused Baristas to join our growing team. If you have a passion for coffee, enjoy working with people, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Prepare beverages according to company recipes and standards
Deliver friendly, efficient customer service
Operate POS and handle payments accurately
Maintain cleanliness of workstation and customer areas
Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels
Follow hygiene, food safety, and safety procedures
Support team members during busy periods
Stock take

Desired Experience & Qualification

Grade 12 (Matric) preferred.
Previous barista or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, reliable, and well-presented.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for coffee and delivering outstanding customer service.
