TELKOM SALES AGENT

Position: Telkom Sales Agent

Job Summary

The Telkom Sales Agent is responsible for contacting prospective customers, promoting Telkom products and services, and achieving sales targets through professional customer engagement. The agent must provide excellent customer service while ensuring accurate information is captured and submitted.

Previous Telkom sales experience
Call centre sales experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
Computer literacy
Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
