Telesales Agent – Afrikaans Speaking

About the Position

Affinity Life Limited is looking for a confident, motivated and target-driven Telesales Agent to join our dynamic sales team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, identifying their needs and providing suitable health insurance solutions.

Fluency in both Afrikaans and English is essential, as the successful candidate will be required to communicate confidently with our Afrikaans-speaking customer base.

Key Responsibilities

Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers.
Promote and sell health insurance products.
Engage professionally with customers in both Afrikaans and English.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Handle customer objections confidently and professionally.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Accurately capture customer information and sales activities.
Maintain required productivity, quality and conversion standards.
Comply with company policies, procedures and applicable regulations.

Minimum Requirements

Matric / Grade 12.
Fluent in Afrikaans and English – essential.
6–12 months' telesales or outbound sales experience.
Previous experience in insurance, financial services or a contact-centre environment will be advantageous.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident and professional telephone manner.
Strong persuasion, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
Target-driven, resilient and results-oriented.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
Computer literate.
