Key Responsibilities

The Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible For

Diagnosing and repairing faulty solar products and accessories.
Testing repaired products and maintaining accurate repair records.
Assisting with warranty fault analysis and reporting recurring product issues.
Managing damaged products, spare parts, and harvested reusable parts.
Installing Solar Home Systems and troubleshooting faults at customer households.
Travelling to remote areas across Lesotho, including locations that may require walking long distances.
Preparing monthly technical and repair reports.

Minimum Requirements

Diploma or higher in Electrical Installation, Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Solar Technology, Electronics, or a related field.
Valid driver’s licence.
Good technical, troubleshooting, and record-keeping skills.
Willingness to travel extensively and work in remote areas.
Relevant practical experience will be an added advantage.
