Survey Research Consultant

Matshomo Group (Pty) Ltd is inviting applications from experienced Survey Research Consultants to join our database of specialists for current and future consulting assignments. The successful consultant will support the design, implementation, analysis, and reporting of Customer Experience (CX) and Customer Satisfaction Surveys across public and private sector projects.

The consultant will play a key role in developing scientifically sound survey methodologies, collecting and analysing data, and producing actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.

• Applicants must possess a Bachelor's Degree or higher in Research Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Social Sciences, Statistics, Marketing Research, Business Management, Public Administration, Monitoring and Evaluation, Customer Experience Management, Or another relevant qualification.
• Applicants must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years' relevant experience in survey research and customer insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing survey instruments and questionnaires.
• Developing research plans and sampling methodologies.
• Managing end-to-end survey implementation.
• Monitoring data quality and research compliance.
• Analysing quantitative and qualitative data.
• Measuring and reporting on NPS, CSAT, CES, and other customer experience indicators.
• Identifying key drivers of customer satisfaction and dissatisfaction.
• Preparing research reports and management presentations.
• Presenting findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives through evidence-based recommendations.

Pay: R10 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
