Job description
The Ideal Candidate Would Be Responsible For
- Assisting the Store Controller with daily store admin tasks.
- Daily capturing of issue notes into ERP LN system to ensure reliable, accurate stock transactions take place as per Astral procedures.
- Ensure proper housekeeping is maintained and is done in line with our 20 Keys - Level 4 accredited standards in stores.
- Ensuring that all stock/Non stock items received is done in-line with stores KPI’S and Astral procedures.
- Ensure that weekly and monthly stock takes are done timeously and accurately as per Astral procedures.
- Ensure that all issuing of stock to internal customers are done correctly as per stores KPI’S and Astral procedures.
- Maintaining 20 Keys/ HACCP / Risk Control.
The Successful Candidate Must Meet The Following Requirements
- Grade12 / Store qualification.
- At least 3 years’ experience in stores environment.
- Computer literate.
- Fluent in English and have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Effective time management.
- Must be willing to work shifts.
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends as required.
