Spray Painter

Company Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled Spray Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality finishes on various products, ensuring consistency and attention to detail in every project.

Key Responsibilities: -

· Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming.

· Mix paints and coatings accurately to specifications.

· Operate spray guns or other painting equipment safely and efficiently.

· Apply paint evenly and smoothly to various surfaces.

· Inspect finished products for quality and perform touch-ups as needed.

· Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety guidelines.

· Maintain and care for painting tools and equipment.

Skills & Competencies:

· Strong knowledge of painting techniques and color matching.

· Attention to detail and precision.

· Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

· Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental practices.

· Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications & Experience:

· Proven experience as a spray painter or in a similar role.

· Formal training or certification in painting, automotive finishing, or related fields is advantageous.

· Familiarity with different types of paints and coatings preferred.
