Spa Therapist
Join Our Team!
We are looking for a passionate, professional, and customer-focused Spa Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering exceptional treatments and creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of spa treatments, including facials, massages, body treatments, waxing, manicures, and pedicures.
Conduct professional consultations and recommend suitable treatments and home-care products.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the spa.
Build strong relationships with clients and ensure outstanding customer service.
Achieve retail and treatment targets through confident product recommendations.
Manage treatment rooms, equipment, and stock according to company standards.
Requirements:
Relevant accredited Beauty Therapy qualification (CIDESCO, ITEC, CIBTAC, SAAHSP, or equivalent).
Minimum 2 years' experience in a spa or salon environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Strong retail and sales ability.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
Experience with gel nails, lash extensions, and advanced treatments will be advantageous.
