Social Media Content Creator

We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy and enthusiastic Social Media Content Creator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, understand social media trends, and be comfortable creating engaging content across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for helping grow our online presence through high-quality graphics, videos, reels and promotional content.

Key Responsibilities

• Create eye-catching and engaging social media posts for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Design promotional graphics, product adverts, banners, posters and digital marketing material.
• Create, edit and publish short-form video content, including Reels and TikToks.
• Capture and edit photos and videos of products, vehicles and in-store activities where required.
• Develop creative content ideas that increase engagement and brand awareness.
• Adapt content for different social media platforms and formats.
• Assist with planning and maintaining a social media content calendar.
• Keep up to date with current social media trends, popular formats, sounds and content styles.
• Write engaging captions and promotional copy where required.
• Work closely with the marketing and sales team to promote products, specials and campaigns.
• Ensure all content follows the company's branding and maintains a consistent professional look.
• Monitor social media performance and use insights to improve future content.

Requirements

• Previous experience in social media content creation, graphic design or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Experience creating Reels, short-form videos and social media content.
• Good understanding of graphic design principles, typography, layout and branding.
• Experience with design software such as Canva or similar.
• Basic video editing skills using software such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent creative and visual skills.
• Good written communication and spelling.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to bring new ideas to the business.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Advantageous

• Experience working with automotive, retail, e-commerce or lifestyle brands.
• Photography and videography experience.
• Experience with product photography and vehicle photography.
• Knowledge of Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights.
• Experience with paid social media advertising.
• Knowledge of current automotive trends, car culture and aftermarket products.
