Site Manager

What You'll Do:

• Proven site management experience
• Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel if necessary.
• Coordinate with project managers and internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage project materials, deliveries, tools and inventory on site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Attend site meetings and provide progress reports to stakeholders.
• Resolve technical issues on-site in collaboration with stakeholders
• Supervise and manage all electrical site operations and personnel.
• Responsible for identifying potential risks and assess their impact on the project.
• Developing project plans, including setting of timelines, resource allocation and budgeting

Education:

• ND in Electrical Engineering (Required)

Experience:

• Site Manager: 5 years (Required)
• Working knowledge of JBCC, FIDIC, NEC, GCC contracts etc.
• Knowledge of BCEA, LRA, Code of Good Practice, EEA and OHSA.

License/Certification:

• Trade Test Certificate (3 phase)
• Wireman’s License
