Service Advisor

Our workshop in Blackheath is looking for a Service Adviser,

MUST have a valid driver's license.

Applicant who has previously worked for an aftermarket service center such as BOSCH, e-Car, Car Service City, CARtime, Car Care Clinic etc. will be given preference.

· Math and writing skills

· Computer skills -Microsoft office, social media platforms and pastel a bonus

· Highly organized, self motivated and target driven

· Automotive Service Advisor

· Bilingual in English and Afrikaans

Duties:

· Greeting customers and directing vehicles to an available technician.

· Consulting with technicians about needed repairs and alternatives that can be

offered in place of expensive repairs.

· Answer customer questions about service outcomes and consulting with

technicians

· Informing customers about potential cost savings and warranty protections.

· Assisting customer with quotations and bookings.

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships

· Identify opportunities for business growth and customer retention

· Excellent sales ability

· Overseeing and managing the service center’s scheduling and workflow.

· Informing customers of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be

picked Manage mechanics, fitters, and cleaner

· Control and monitor productivity workshop technician.

· Ensure that parts arrive on time.

· Ensure that the technician comply with their Check List.

· Ensure that all staff complete their daily Productivity Report.

· Ensure that all work is carried out safely.
