About the Opportunity

We're excited to be opening our newest showroom at Sibaya Lifestyle Centre in the Sibaya Coastal Precinct between Umhlanga and Umdloti in October 2026, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Sales Consultant to join us ahead of the launch.

Starting in September 2026, you'll play an integral role in preparing the showroom for opening, becoming an expert on our products, helping establish our customer experience standards, and contributing to the successful launch of our newest location.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to purchase.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend tailored furniture solutions.
• Build lasting relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Consistently achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
• Maintain an excellent knowledge of our products and manufacturing processes.
• Support the presentation and merchandising of the showroom.
• Assist with the opening and day-to-day operation of the new showroom.
• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and professionalism.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a retail sales environment.
• Previous experience in furniture, homeware, interiors, or other premium retail sales will be advantageous.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Professional, well-presented, and confident.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
• Comfortable working retail trading hours, including weekends and public holidays.
