About the role
National Debt Advisors is one of South Africa's leading debt counselling firms, helping over-indebted consumers regain financial control and peace of mind. As we move into our new Bellville office from 1 September, we're expanding our sales team and looking for driven, target-focused Debt Review Sales Consultants to join us.
If you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, have a passion in helping over indebted clients become financially free , and want to earn strong commission while genuinely helping people out of debt, this is the role for you.
What you'll do
- Handle inbound and outbound leads from consumers looking for debt relief.
- Assess each client's financial situation and explain how debt review can help them.
- Guide clients through the debt review sign-up process from first contact to close.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
- Build rapport and trust with clients during what is often a stressful time for them.
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (essential).
- Debt review / debt counselling sales experience is a strong advantage.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and telephone skills.
- Confident, resilient, and self-motivated with a strong closing ability.
- Computer literate and comfortable working with a CRM system.
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate.
- Able to work from our Bellville office from 1 September.
