Our client is a leading multinational organisation seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to play a pivotal role in aligning people strategies with business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement people strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Lead and support key HR functions including Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Labour Relations, and Organisational Design.
• Drive change management initiatives and organisational transformation projects.
• Provide strategic guidance and coaching to senior management on people-related matters.
• Analyse HR metrics and leverage HR Information Systems to support informed business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and best HR practices.
• Lead and develop HR teams while fostering a high-performance culture.

Job Experience & Skills Required / Ideal Candidate Profile

Education:

• Relevant University Degree (essential).
• Post Graduate Diploma and/or MBA will be highly advantageous.
• Afrikaans as school subject added advantage

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years' leadership and management experience, including managing teams through other managers.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior HR Business Partner or performance improvement role with leadership responsibility.
• Proven experience across core HR disciplines including C&B, Resourcing, L&D, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Labour Relations, Change Management, and Organisational Design.
• Experience working within an international or geographically diverse business environment.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders and executive leadership.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of HR Information Systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands-on when required.
• Strong understanding of employee wellness, CSI, and events-related functions.
