Senior Graphic Designer, Cape Town (all genders)

Your role

About this Role:

• Create high-quality visual designs for digital and marketing campaigns
• Develop creative concepts aligned with client briefs and brand guidelines
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and project teams
• Design across various platforms including social, web, and digital media
• Present ideas and concepts clearly to internal teams and clients
• Ensure consistency and quality across all design work
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Lead campaign production & adaptation
• Quality gate oversight
• Strong campaign rollout experience (beyond post‑production focus)

Your profile

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• Additional design or digital certifications are advantageous
• 5+ years’ experience in graphic design, ideally in a digital agency
• Entry level CD experience
• Exceptional experience in campaign production & adaptation
• Campaign rollout experience (beyond post‑production focus)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Good understanding of digital design and social media content
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills
• High attention to detail and quality
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
