Senior Data and Reporting Analyst

African Debt Restructuring (Pty) Ltd is a fast-growing Debt Counselling and Mediation company committed to delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-orientated Senior Data & Reporting Analyst to take ownership of our operational reporting and analytics function.

The role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, building reports and dashboards, identifying trends, and ensuring the accuracy of business-critical information.

Key Responsibilities:

-Produce daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.

-Calculate daily floor totals and company performance statistics.

-Prepare sales, collections and productivity reports.

-Extract, clean and validate data from CRM and internal systems.

-Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all business data.

-Analyse operational performance and identify trends, for-cast sales and collections performance along with identifying opportunities to improve reporting efficiency.

-Calculate monthly agent, team leader and management commissions.

-Verify Commission calculations before payroll processing.

-Maintain commission trackers and reporting records.

-Present clear, accurate reports and insights to management.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:

Applicants must hold one of the following:

-BCom information systems

-BCom Business Analytics

-BCom Data Analytics

-BSc Data Science

-BCom Statistics

-Or an equivalent qualification in Data Analytics, Information Systems or a related field.

**MINIMUM of 3 years experience in a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role.

**Applicants MUST have current or previous experience in one or more of the following:

Debt counselling, Debt Collection, Banking, Call centre, BPO.

CANDIDATES WITHOUT EXPERIENCE IN ONE OF THE ABOVE INDUSTRIES WILL UNFORTUNATELY NOT BE CONSIDERED.

Applications must be able to demonstrate practical experience in:

-Producing operation and performance reports/

-Calculating commissions and incentives.

-Working with sales, collections or productivity data.

-Building and maintaining reporting dashboards,

-Analysing operational performance and identifying trends.

-Working with CRM and reporting systems.

STARTING SALARY:

R15 000 Monthly CTC.

Monday - Friday 08:00AM - 5PM.
