Backed by leading global growth equity company PSG, we’re now the category leader in Australia (where the business was started by our CEO & Founder) and operate in four countries. We launched in the UK in 2021.

The Role

We’re searching for a Sales Research Analyst to be a foundational member of our Global sales team. Uptick is the #1 asset maintenance software choice in Australia and launched into the UK market in 2021. You’ll spend your time proactively connecting with and prospecting businesses in the Fire & Security industry.

What you’ll need to do

Source new contacts for existing accounts and qualify tier 2 contacts using Sales Toolkit (Lusha, LinkedIn, Facebook etc)
Help SDRs gain buying signals from companies by qualifying accounts (emails, cold calling and social media) ensuring daily targets are met.
Working through qualified out leads to ensure we are on top of all opportunities in the sales funnel
Maintain accurate sales data, pipeline and deal statuses using a variety of tools (e.g. Hubspot).
Provide insights and feedback into value proposition and commercial positioning of the product following outbound activity.

What you’ll need to bring

Experience required

Fire & security industry experience a plus but not a pre-requisite
Experience in chasing new leads, getting on the phone cold calling and booking new meetings.
