Backed by leading global growth equity company PSG, we’re now the category leader in Australia (where the business was started by our CEO & Founder) and operate in four countries. We launched in the UK in 2021.
The Role
We’re searching for a Sales Research Analyst to be a foundational member of our Global sales team. Uptick is the #1 asset maintenance software choice in Australia and launched into the UK market in 2021. You’ll spend your time proactively connecting with and prospecting businesses in the Fire & Security industry.

What you’ll need to do
- Source new contacts for existing accounts and qualify tier 2 contacts using Sales Toolkit (Lusha, LinkedIn, Facebook etc)
- Help SDRs gain buying signals from companies by qualifying accounts (emails, cold calling and social media) ensuring daily targets are met.
- Working through qualified out leads to ensure we are on top of all opportunities in the sales funnel
- Maintain accurate sales data, pipeline and deal statuses using a variety of tools (e.g. Hubspot).
- Provide insights and feedback into value proposition and commercial positioning of the product following outbound activity.

Experience required
- Fire & security industry experience a plus but not a pre-requisite
- Experience in chasing new leads, getting on the phone cold calling and booking new meetings.
