About us
Software Academy is growing fast. We are looking for a high performing Sales Advisor who knows how to guide, influence and close.
We deliver online digital skills education to children aged 6 to 16 and are the only academy approved by NCFE to issue accredited qualifications to children. Parents come to us because they want something meaningful for their child. Your role is to help them make that decision confidently.
This is not cold calling. These are warm leads. The opportunity is real. We now need someone who can convert consistently.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Speaking to parents who have booked taster lessons
- Following up with clarity and confidence
- Understanding the child’s age, experience and goals
- Handling objections without sounding scripted
- Closing registrations and achieving monthly targets
- Maintaining accurate CRM records
