Sales Agent (Debt Repair & Recovery)

About the Role

We are looking for confident, ambitious, and target-driven Sales Agents to join our growing Debt Repair & Recovery team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a sales environment, enjoy speaking to people, and are motivated by earning uncapped commission.

You will engage with prospective clients, assess their financial situation, and guide them through debt repair solutions while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients via outbound calls.
• Qualify leads and identify customers who may benefit from debt repair solutions.
• Explain the debt review and debt repair process clearly and professionally.
• Build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Handle objections confidently and close sales.
• Accurately capture customer information on the CRM system.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure all sales are conducted in accordance with company policies and the National Credit Act (NCA).
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions.
• Work closely with Team Leaders to improve performance and achieve business objectives.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Previous experience in outbound sales, telesales, debt review, collections, financial services, or call centre sales is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English (additional South African languages are advantageous).
• Computer literate.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented.
