OVERVIEW

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Sales Representative. Our client is a vehicle shipping company based in Toronto, Canada, serving customers across North America and the UK. They are looking for a motivated sales professional to join their team remotely and help grow their client base by converting inbound inquiries and sourcing new business opportunities. This is a fully remote position requiring availability across overlapping US Eastern and UK business hours. The successful candidate will be comfortable communicating with international clients and managing their pipeline independently from a home office environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to inbound sales inquiries from customers looking to ship vehicles internationally or domestically
• Qualify leads and guide prospective customers through the vehicle shipping process from initial inquiry to booking
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and CRM tools to move prospects through the sales funnel
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and conversion rate benchmarks
• Build and maintain relationships with repeat clients and referral sources
• Accurately capture customer information, shipment details, and deal progress in the CRM system
• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure customer expectations are met

REQUIREMENTS

• Matric (Grade 12) as a minimum qualification
• At least 2 years of experience in a sales, telesales, or customer-facing role
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills suitable for an international client base
• Reliable home office setup with stable internet connectivity and the ability to work across EST and GMT business hours
• Comfortable working independently without close supervision in a remote environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and experience using a CRM platform

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Prior experience in logistics, freight, automotive, or a related industry
• Experience selling to US, Canadian, or UK-based customers
• Familiarity with lead tracking and pipeline management using tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
