Sales Representative – Cape Town & Garden route

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team, to service mainly Cape Town but travelling to the Garden route every 3 weeks, sleeping over a few nights, too try too gain new clients.

You must be able too speak AFRIKAANS & ENGLISH & HAVE YOUR OWN RELIABLE CAR.

Position Details:

• Start Date: 1 July
• Schedule: Monday to Thur, 8h to 5h, Friday 9h to 2pm seeing clients
• In store tasting promotions: 2 Friday afternoons & 2 Saturdays a month, for 3 hours per day,
• Trial Period: 1 month fixed term contract, as trial period. There after a 3 month fixed term, with the possibility of a longer-term contract based on performance

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with coffee shops, restaurants, and retail stores
• Promote and sell our products to new and existing clients
• Identify new sales opportunities and grow the customer base
• Conduct regular client visits within Cape Town
• Do in-store Tastings promotions, min 4 to 6 tastings a month
• Prepare and submit sales reports

Compensation:

• R9 500 per month (base salary)
• 5% Commission on sales achieved
• R500 Car allowance per month, so Total R10 000 Base pay
• Base + Comm of current clients, Total average pay to start off with: R12 000
• All Petrol and phone expenses covered

Requirements:

• Own reliable vehicle (essential)
• Laptop for reporting and communication
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
• Previous sales experience will be advantageous
