Job Overview

Role: Sales Representative – Cleaning Services, Contract cleaning
Goal: Grow company revenue by signing new cleaning contracts and keeping current clients happy.
Industry Focus: Commercial offices, residential properties, retail, or industrial facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Find new prospects through cold calls, networking, emails, and field visits.
Client Assessments: Visit buildings and facilities to evaluate cleaning needs and scope the size of the job.
Proposals & Pricing: Prepare accurate cost estimates, quotes, and formal service proposals.
Contract Negotiation: Present service offerings, answer objections, and close sales agreements.
Account Management: Maintain positive relationships with existing clients to encourage contract renewals and upsells.
Reporting: Track daily outreach, sales progress, and customer feedback using CRM software.

Requirements & Skills

Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven sales or business development experience (cleaning or facility management background is a strong plus).
Education: Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to pitch services professionally.
Driver’s License: A valid driver's license and reliable transport for client visits.
Computer Literacy: Comfortable with basic office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Pay: From R12 000,00 per month

Experience:

cleaning contracts: 3 years (Required)
