About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our direct sales and marketing team. This is an entry-level positionwith no previous experience required. You will receive full training to help you develop your sales, communication, and customer service skills.

As a Sales Executive, you will represent our clients’ products and services directly to customers, helping to grow brand awareness and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers face-to-face to present and promote products and services.
• Learn and deliver sales presentations that clearly explain product features and benefits.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
• Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle basic objections.
• Collect and record customer information accurately in company systems or forms.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to execute campaigns and promotions.
• Participate in training sessions to develop sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry understanding.
• Maintain a professional image that positively represents the company and our clients.

Requirements

• No previous sales experience required – full training will be provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus but not required).
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident personality.
• Motivated and target-driven, with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable speaking to new people and building quick relationships.
• Ability to work full time, including some evenings or weekends if required for campaigns.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
