About the Role

Recruitment Revenue is a tech-enabled, people-led outbound sales partner for fast-growing recruitment agencies across multiple industries and markets. Instead of selling one fixed product, our SDSs work across a range of recruitment niches, giving you broader exposure, sharper sales skills, and faster development as a sales professional.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in a phone-based or sales-led position who’s motivated to book meetings, create opportunities, and make a real commercial impact.

What You'll Be Doing

Your primary focus will be booking qualified meetings.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 12 of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar outbound sales position (or relevant experience).
• Proven experience prospecting, cold calling, and booking meetings with UK decision-makers.
• Comfortable managing a high volume of outreach while maintaining a personalised and professional approach.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate value and build rapport over the phone.
• Naturally curious and eager to learn about customers, products, and markets, with a willingness to take feedback and improve.
• Organised, resilient, and able to switch between different campaigns and sales motions while maintaining consistent performance.
• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with high performance expectations.
