Kia South Africa (Pty) Ltd invites ambitious, driven and enthusiastic young individuals who are eager to learn and ready to kick-start their careers in the automotive industry to apply for the 3-months Sales Champions Programme. This opportunity is designed to equip aspiring sales professionals with the knowledge, skills and practical experience required to succeed in automotive sales.
Programme Overview
Successful candidates will receive:
- 3-months structured workplace experience
- Exposure to a professional corporate environment
- Mentorship and guided sales skills development
Minimum Requirements
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License
- South African citizen, under the age of 45
- Completed Grade 12 (Matric)
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for sales and customer engagement
