Sales Associate

Mamba Magnate Marketing is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Secunda. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in sales and marketing who is eager to build strong communication skills, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to business growth.

In this role, you will engage with customers, represent our brand professionally, and support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and presenting suitable solutions. You will play an important part in creating positive customer experiences and helping the team achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a professional, friendly, and confident manner
• Promote products and services clearly and accurately
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Support day-to-day sales activities to help meet team targets
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate product information
• Assist with lead generation and follow-up activities
• Keep sales records and customer information up to date
• Represent the company positively at all times
• Work closely with team members and managers to improve sales performance
• Participate in training and development sessions to build product knowledge and sales skills

Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good customer service skills
• Confidence in speaking with customers face-to-face
• Basic problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Must be based in or able to work in Secunda, South Africa
