Sales Assistant

Manufacturing company requires a detail orientated Sales Assistant who naturally excels at building trusting relationships, maintains a methodical and calm approach under pressure, and takes pride in accurate, detailed documentation.

Duties, include but not limited to:

• Manage the end-to-end sales process, ensuring accurate order processing, quoting, and data entry.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly KPIs through structured daily planning.
• Act as a dependable, highly professional point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision.
• Nurture existing client accounts and steady growth of the customer base through structured service.

Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) required. A relevant tertiary qualification is highly advantageous.
• Valid South African driver’s licence is essential.
• Able to travel when required.
• Minimum of 1 year sales experience preferred.
• Strong people skills and the confidence to build relationships with customers.
• Self-motivated.
• Detail-orientated individual who values structure, accuracy, and following established procedures.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Computer literate
