Sales Assistant

Position Overview

We are looking for a driven, articulate, and proactive Sales Assistant to join our growing Business Development team. In this role, your primary focus will be reaching out to potential clients via cold calls, follow-ups, and lead-generation campaigns to introduce our offerings, qualify prospective leads, and secure introductory meetings or direct sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Client Outreach: Conduct outbound cold calls and follow-up calls to potential individual and corporate clients using provided lead lists.
• Lead Qualification: Assess prospective clients’ needs, identify decision-makers, and qualify leads against key business criteria.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule product demos, consultations, or meetings between qualified prospects and senior Account Executives.
• Database & CRM Management: Accurately update and maintain client records, call logs, and pipeline status within the company CRM.
• Relationship Building: Establish rapport with gatekeepers and prospects, delivering standard sales pitches with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Follow-Up Communication: Draft and send tailored follow-up emails, sales collateral, and proposals to prospective clients after initial phone contact.
• Pipeline Monitoring: Meet or exceed daily/weekly call volume targets and monthly lead conversion benchmarks.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years of experience in an outbound sales, telemarketing, customer service, or business development assistant role preferred.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an excellent phone manner and active listening skills.
• Sales Aptitude: Confident in making outbound calls, handling initial objections gracefully, and persisting with target leads.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience using CRM software and basic office productivity tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
• Attributes: High energy, goal-driven, organized, and capable of managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
