Sales Agents

Isibanisezwe Holdings is seeking motivated and customer-focused Sales Agents to join our team in Richards Bay. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in sales and looking to build strong experience in customer engagement, product promotion, and achieving sales targets.

As a Sales Agent, you will play an important role in representing the company, building positive customer relationships, and contributing to business growth through direct sales activities. You will work closely with the team to identify customer needs, present suitable solutions, and deliver a professional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective and existing customers to promote company products and services
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and friendly service
• Meet individual and team sales targets
• Conduct product presentations and explain features and benefits clearly
• Follow up on customer enquiries and sales leads in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and outcomes
• Handle customer questions and concerns professionally and escalate issues where necessary
• Stay informed about product knowledge, pricing, and promotions
• Support team sales efforts and contribute to a positive working environment

Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent qualification
• Strong interest in sales and customer service
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in speaking with customers and presenting information clearly
• Willingness to learn and develop sales skills
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to work well in a team and independently when needed
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Professional attitude and presentable manner
• Based in or able to commute to Richards Bay

Nice to Have

• Previous sales, retail, customer service, or promotional experience
• Familiarity with meeting sales targets or working in a target-driven environment
• Knowledge of local market conditions in Richards Bay and surrounding areas
