Sales Administrator

Leading air-conditioning company in GAUTENG requires a YOUNG ENERGETIC MALE to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail driven and passionate about providing excellent customer service.

The position is for a sales administrator who would be responsible for managing and supporting the companies daily sales and administrative activities. Duties include but not limited, answering calls, preparing and processing quotation and invoices, maintaining accurate records and documents, liaising with staff and management. The sales administrator is expected to ensure that all tasks are completed accurately, efficiently and within the timeframe required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

. Answering calls, emails and customer inquiries

. Prepare and send quotes

. Generate and send invoices

. Follow up on pending quotes

. Assist management with tasks

. Maintain professional communication with customers and staff

. Complete all tasks accurately and on time

REQUIREMENTS:

. AFRIKAANS FIRST LANGUAGE

. Valid drivers license

. Previous office experience

. Strong organizational and time management skills

. Good communication skills

. Computer literate

. Attention to detail

. Ability to multitask

. Professionalism and strong work ethic
