We are looking for a target-driven Sales/Account Executive to drive revenue, acquire new corporate clients, and manage key client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development: Prospect, cold-call, network, and pitch bespoke branding solutions to corporate, retail, hospitality, and event sectors.
Account Management: Build long-term relationships with existing clients, conduct regular on-site visits, and maximize account value through upselling and cross-selling.
Sales Execution & Admin: Generate accurate proposals/quotes, manage quotes-to-orders, track pipeline status in the CRM, and hit monthly revenue targets.
Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal design, production, and procurement teams to ensure seamless project delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor pricing, and market demand to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements
Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable):
Education: Grade 12 / Matric.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven external B2B sales experience.
Mobility: Valid South African driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
Location: Based in Johannesburg, Gauteng.
Experience in print, custom packaging, signage, manufacturing or promotional products.
Nice to haves:
Tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing or Business.
Candidate Attributes
Strong negotiation, communication, and solution-selling skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working under pressure.
Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail.
