About the Role

What You’ll Do

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Support sales activities and help meet daily and weekly targets
• Maintain product displays and ensure the retail space is clean, organised, and visually appealing
• Answer customer questions clearly and accurately
• Process customer interactions efficiently and support the overall in-store experience
• Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Work closely with team members to achieve store goals and maintain service standards
