Job description
· Provide excellent customer service and assist clients with their printing, copying, scanning, laminating, and binding services.
· Process local and international courier shipments and assist customers with parcel packaging and tracking.
· Operate printing and finishing equipment efficiently and accurately while maintaining high-quality standards.
· Process sales accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle cash responsibly.
· Respond to customer enquiries in person, by telephone, and via email.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment and stock levels.
· Promote the full range of 3@1 Business Centre products and services to maximize sales.
· Support general administrative and day-to-day business centre operations.
Pay: R3 750,00 - R7 398,27 per month
