Rental portfolio manager

We require a dynamic, motivated and self driven branch manager to join our growing team. The Branch Manager will be responsible for the overall management and performance of our Pretoria branch, ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the office while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing residential property rentals and administration.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
• Taking prospective clients to view properties, guiding them through the application process, approving / declining applicants, signing of Lease Agreements & Lease Renewals,
• Resolving escalated queries and disputes professionally and efficiently.
• Monitoring branch financial performance and achieving business targets.
• Driving new business development and identifying growth opportunities.
• Ensuring all leasing, inspections, maintenance coordination, and reporting are completed accurately and within required timeframes.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills, capable of maintaining high operational standards.

Requirements:

• Full status Estate Agent (NQF4 & PDE4)
• A valid drivers license and your own reliable vehicle.
• Commitment to business growth.
• Based in or around Pretoria (Essential).
• After hours and weekend availability would be required due to viewing times.
• Computer literacy is essential as we advertise on various websites, facebook, and other digital platforms.

Pay: R23 000,00 - R27 000,00 per month
