Job Type: Full-Time** About Remote Choice Remote Choice helps businesses hire exceptional remote talent across a range of sectors. We work with growing companies looking to build high-performing teams while reducing recruitment costs and accessing global talent.

We are looking for a highly motivated Cold Caller / Lead Generator who thrives on outbound prospecting. This is a pure cold-calling role with no warm leads provided . You will be responsible for identifying prospects, building your own target lists, and generating qualified appointments for our sales team.

The Role This is not a traditional telesales role where leads are handed to you.

You will be responsible for:

  • Researching and identifying potential client companies.
  • Building and maintaining your own prospect database.
  • Making high volumes of outbound cold calls daily.
  • Engaging decision-makers including CEOs, Founders, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Managers, and Operations Directors.
  • Qualifying opportunities and booking meetings for the sales team.
  • Managing follow-up activities and nurturing prospects through multiple touchpoints.
  • Updating CRM records accurately.
  • Meeting agreed activity and appointment-setting targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate your own leads through LinkedIn, company websites, directories, and online research.
  • Conduct 80–150+ outbound calls per day.
  • Reach decision-makers and present Remote Choice's services confidently.
  • Overcome objections professionally.
  • Book qualified appointments with prospective clients.
  • Maintain detailed records of conversations and outcomes.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Consistently achieve KPIs and appointment targets.

Requirements Essential

  • Proven experience in B2B cold calling.
  • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills.
  • Experience sourcing your own leads.
  • Excellent communication and telephone manner.
  • Resilient and comfortable dealing with rejection.
  • Self-motivated and highly organised.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
  • Reliable internet connection and suitable home-working setup.
