Main Purpose of the Job
The Regional Digital Marketing Manager coordinates, aligns and executes digital marketing activities across the Boland & Overberg region in support of the regional marketing strategy as defined by the Regional Marketing Manager. The role owns the region's digital channels by developing and executing the region's organic and paid social media strategy, planning and publishing content across the region's digital platforms, managing social media communities, Google Business profiles and the regional YouTube channel, executing paid social media campaigns, coordinating internal and external content suppliers, and driving continuous optimisation through digital analytics and reporting. All digital activity is delivered in line with National Marketing standards and the digital strategy set by the Group Head of Digital.
Main Purpose of this Role:

Support Regional Marketing in delivering brand and digital campaigns across all digital channels according to National Marketing best practice and governance.

Manage the region’s digital channels and campaigns.

Drive seller and buyer lead generation, brand awareness and engagement.

Coordinate digital suppliers and stakeholders.

Provide digital expertise and training.

Stay current with industry trends, marketing innovations and digital tools.

Whilst this is a remote position, preference will be given to candidates based in or around the Winelands region, to facilitate attendance at team meetings at the office.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Coordinate and align regional digital marketing activities in line with National Marketing guidelines.
- Plan and oversee regional digital campaigns, ensuring delivery against objectives, timelines and budgets.
- Brief, coordinate and manage work delivered by the regional design studio, Digital Content Creator, videographers and other external suppliers.
- Together with the Regional Marketing Manager, oversee the quality of all digital content and creative collateral produced by the regional design studio and external suppliers, ensuring every asset is optimised for its intended digital platform, placement, technical specifications, best practice and Pam Golding Properties’ brand standards.
- Ensure effective implementation of regional digital strategies.
- Manage regional digital channels using National Standard Operating Procedures, as set out by the Group Head of Digital.
Social Media Management:
- Manage the region’s social media presence across Facebook, Instagram and Google Business profiles, ensuring all channels remain active, accurate and aligned with brand standards, platform best practice and digital marketing objectives.
- Develop, implement and continuously refine the region’s organic and paid social media strategy in alignment with National Marketing guidelines and regional business objectives.
- Plan, coordinate and publish social media content.
- Proactively identify local marketing opportunities, community initiatives and regional stories that strengthen the Pam Golding Properties brand.
- Write engaging, platform-specific social media captions.
- Manage social media communities through moderation and timely responses.
- Manage office Google Business profiles by responding to reviews, maintaining accurate listings and publishing weekly Google Updates.
- Plan, build, execute and optimise paid social media campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn, applying appropriate audience targeting, campaign objectives and optimisation strategies to maximise engagement, lead generation and conversions.
- Manage campaign approvals, regional social media budgets and competitor monitoring.
Content:
- Manage the regional Digital Content Creator and coordinate external content suppliers, including videographers and freelance content producers.
- Develop office-specific content plans by identifying content opportunities, campaign priorities and storytelling themes for each office, ensuring a continuous pipeline of relevant digital content throughout the region.
- Plan and manage the production schedule of the Digital Content Creator and external suppliers to ensure content is delivered in line with regional priorities and campaign requirements.
- Brief the Digital Content Creator and external suppliers on the content required for each office, campaign and marketing objective.
- Oversee all content produced by internal and external suppliers, ensuring it is optimised for the relevant digital platform, aligns with best practice and meets Pam Golding Properties’ brand standards.
- Curate and coordinate content supplied by National Marketing, the regional studio, branch teams and external suppliers for use across the region’s digital channels.
- Assist with scripting and storyboarding video content where required.
- Write blogs, social media captions and website copy in line with the Pam Golding Properties brand voice and digital best practice.
- Develop and manage the regional content calendar in accordance with National Marketing guidelines.
- Together with the Regional Marketing Manager, maintain quality control across all digital content by reviewing work against briefs, objectives and brand standards.
Pam Golding Blog, Google Business & YouTube:
- Manage the regional YouTube channel.
- Occasionally assist with writing and optimising blog articles.
- Oversee digital assets, ensuring accuracy and brand compliance.
Analytics, Reporting & Tracking:
- Support UTM tagging and campaign tracking.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide optimisation recommendations.
- Prepare reports for branch managers, agents and other relevant stakeholders.
Team & Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as the regional digital lead.
- Build relationships with branch managers, agents, marketing administrators, and National Marketing.
- Provide consultative support on digital best practice.
- Train and support agents on digital tools and channels.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Competencies
- Proven ability to manage external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Creative thinking with the ability to review content for quality, effectiveness and brand alignment.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and resilient with strong problem-solving abilities.
Education & Experience
- Marketing, Digital Marketing or related qualification (Diploma or Degree);
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a digital marketing role within an agency or corporate environment.
- Experience in managing multi-channel digital campaigns, content calendars and digital content production.
- Experience managing paid social media campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, campaign tracking, audience targeting and digital reporting.
Knowledge & Skills Required
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly brief, report and provide feedback.
- Excellent copywriting, proofreading and editing skills.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Analytical skills for campaign tracking, performance monitoring, and reporting.
