Position Overview

The purpose of this role is to effectively control the quality of vehicles

Minimum Experience

• 1 year of quality control or administration experience

Minimum Qualification

• NQF level 4 (Matric or equivalent)

Minimum Requirements

• Computer literate.
• A valid, unendorsed drivers’ license.
• Essential to note: The appointed person will be required to work day/night shifts.

Job outputs

• Gate Control – ensuring vehicles entering and exiting areas of the depot are thoroughly checked and any non-conformances actioned.
• Conduct inspections of vehicles against the inspection and safety requirements
• Mark out of service\non-conforming vehicles and have distributed to correct locations
• Receiving and checking vehicles from out of service locations
• Check that all relevant documentation is relevant to the issues indicated on the vehicle
• Assist with delivery\movement of vehicles as and when required
