Phillips Butterworth Limited is a specialist executive search firm operating across Australia and the United Kingdom. We work with a select group of high-calibre clients and hold ourselves to the highest professional standards. Our South African team works 100% remotely, servicing international markets from home.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Recruitment Partner with a proven track record — someone whose results speak for themselves. If you have consistently earned strong commission, you already know the standard we expect. We want go-getters: people who can hit the ground running and who treat every candidate call and every client conversation as an opportunity.

To be considered, you must have direct experience recruiting in at least one of the following areas:

• Legal recruitment — placing lawyers in private practice, attorneys, or in-house legal roles
• Accounting recruitment — placing professionals in private practice accounting firms or in-house accountant roles

Beyond that, you will bring:

• Proven billing history with demonstrable commission earnings — we want to hear your numbers
• A passion for recruitment and a genuine desire to earn and grow
• Impeccable phone manner — you are articulate, warm, and professional at all times
• Equally confident speaking with candidates and with clients or business decision-makers
• Hard-working, resilient, and self-motivated — you do not need to be chased
• Comfortable with early starts (6:00 AM SAST) to align with the Australian market
• LinkedIn Recruiter experience is advantageous
