Receptionist

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organised Receptionist to join our team at a busy printing and signage company. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where customer service and attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and provide excellent service
Answer telephone calls and assist customer enquiries
Perform general office administration and filing

Liaise with our design and production teams
Assist customers with printing & signage requirements
Keep the reception and office area neat and organized

Receive payments and assist with basic cash handling when required

Requirements:

Matric

Previous reception, admin, or customer service experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Friendly, professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience in the printing, signage, or graphic design industry will be an advantage.
